ISS offers Injection Molding (IM) services for mold design, test runs, material selection, DFMA, draft angle analyses, and more. Additionally we have extensive experience working with various thermoplastics including ABS, PETG, PLA, PET, HDPE, and more.
We do want to kindly remind our customers that plastics that are injection molded due shrink when the plastic returns to room temperature. Below is a chart to describe the percentage of shrinkage.

What You Need For Setting Up A Project:
We do request that you have a CAD file so we can furnish you a quote. Currently we accept these CAD files: STEP (AP 214), SAT, IGES, IGS, OBJ, STL, Freecad files, Design Spark files, SLDPRT, SLDASSM, CAT, and more.
The engineers here will provide feedback about your design to make sure you know what needs to change in order to manufacture it.
For Freelancer Customers: after payments are received the final files are released for the client.
